Negative plastic footprintUpdated 7 months ago
Plastic is a material that’s hard to avoid in our industry, especially for products used in the shower. Although plastic itself isn't inherently problematic, effective management of plastic waste remains the central issue.
Therefore, we have decided to take a step forward and pursue Plastic Negative certification through rePurpose Global. This certification allows us to proudly state that for every unit of plastic used in our production, twice its weight will be removed from plastic pollution.
This partnership with rePurpose Global also provides us with the opportunity to fund programs for the collection and processing of plastic waste, new recycling technologies, and to offer better conditions for marginalized workers. Ultimately, this helps reduce the amount of waste that will be sent to landfills, or worse, dumped into the ocean.
