RETURN POLICY
Returns or refunds are accepted with proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the item is still sealed and in a resalable condition. If the product is not in resalable condition, a store credit may be issued for use on our online shop. Return shipping costs and the choice of delivery service are the customer's responsibility. No returns or refunds will be accepted after 30 days from the receipt of the product, unless there is a product defect. In such cases, please contact us via email at [email protected].
REFUNDS (within 30 days)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed promptly via the payment method used for the transaction.
Depending on your location, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a delivery service that provides tracking or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
